　　单位简介：   盛科网络有限公司成立于2004年，由拥有十余年通信行业研发、管理经历的业界精英创办，公司致力于提供完全自主知识产权的基于IP/以太网交换的数据通信解决方案，包括芯片、软件和系统的整合。

　　公司目标成为IP/以太网解决方案的领导供应商，通过ODM为通信设备供应商提供最先进的系统设备和最优良的服务。

　　公司核心团队具有丰富的芯片设计，软、硬件研发，系统整合和产业化经验，成功推出过多代核心芯片及系统。

　　公司目前设立苏州和美国两个分公司。美国公司位于硅谷，主要负责跟踪前沿技术和芯片架构方面的研发设计，苏州公司负责芯片和系统的研发、验证和产业化工作。盛科网络在开曼群岛设立控股公司作为投融资的平台。

　　公司主要产品为以下核心芯片及以此为基础搭建的系列系统：
　　Bay：24G高性能包处理引擎，集成流量控制器(TM) ，虚拟队列(VoQ)，支持IPv4, IPv6, MPLS, NAT等协议；
　　Richmond：高扩展交换芯片；
　　以Bay为基础，搭配Richmond组成芯片组，可以形成高档全模块骨干交换机，中档集中转发模块交换机和高档可堆叠固化交换机，以及高档全模块骨干路由器，容量从24G到960G，并由此为基础衍生出用于无线、视频的数据通信设备。
