Responsibilities
-Understand project requirements, participate in architectural design, detail design and ensure team members' understanding of the requirements
-Solve critical technical problems
-Responsible for development work
-Conduct project related research
-Responsible for creating and tracking detailed project schedule
-Responsible for task assignment at detailed level
-Provide technical training or guidance to team members
-Review team members' work products and provide feedback
-Communicate with customers on project requirements, technical issues, and status

Qualifications
-Have solid technical knowledge and capabilities
-Strong leadership skills
-Have rich software development experience, and familiar with software development processes
-Good at Object Oriented Analysis and Design, Design Patterns, familiar with UML (Rose, Together, etc)
-Have strong problem solving capabilities
-Strong communication skills
-Able to mentor and guide team members for their professional growth
-3+ years experience in requirements analysis, design, coding and unit testing of scalable, distributed, fault-tolerant applications.
-Comfortable in reading and writing in English.
-Expert in one or more of the following technologies
-Java (EJB/J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, Struts, JSF, Web Service, Swing, JMS, JavaScript, etc.)
-Databases (SQL Server, Oracle, DB2, MySQL)
-Application Servers (Tomcat, JBoss, WebSphere, WebLogic)
-Good spoken English is preferred
